THIS PRIVACY POLICY SETS OUT THE MANNER IN WHICH THE WOMEN’S ENTERPRISE
ORGANIZATIONS OF CANADA (« WEOC ») MANAGES PERSONAL INFORMATION AND FORMS PART OF
THE WEOC TERMS & CONDITIONS. IN ORDER TO USE OUR WEBSITE AND MEMBER PORTAL,
CONTENT AND SERVICES, YOU MUST HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE TERMS OF
THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY MAKE NO FURTHER USE OF OUR WEBSITE,
MEMBER PORTAL, CONTENT AND SERVICES.

In the course of WEOC providing certain services or in making information and materials available to
you, including without limitation on WEOC’s website and through your member portal account (the
« Member Portal »), it may be necessary for WEOC to collect, store, use and disclose personal
information as indicated herein.

   This Privacy Policy applies to personal information held by WEOC. « Personal Information » is defined
   by applicable law to mean « information about an identifiable individual ».
   Personal information does not include business contact information of business representatives who
   subscribe to our services or where such information was provided to WEOC for the purposes of
   facilitating communication with that person in their personal capacity.

   WEOC only collects personal and member information required to: (i) process your registration as a
   member of WEOC and establish your account; (ii) administer your membership and access to the
   Member Portal, (iii) provide you with requested information and materials, (iv) carry out our
   administrative duties, (v) improve your use of the Member Portal, or (vi) as otherwise permitted by law.

   time you visit this site. We may use cookies to help you navigate through our website and Member
   Portal, to note points of interest and improve user experiences, and certain information may be

   or completeness of their information that we have on file.

   be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised policy on WEOC’s website. It is your
